On the way back from the A-Bombers show we made a pit-stop to add some stripes to the El Salvaje Shovelhead in Tidaholm. As you may call from my previous POST the color of the bike shifts in the light.
So for the stripes I used a color change pinstriping technique pioneered by the late great Dave Bell. Although rather then a actual color change I went with three tones of violet.
And now with influence from two of my hometowns legendary painters Dave Bell and Dick Bird on the lettering, I am thinking this thing got a bit of “Minnesota Nice” style treatment..
